While driving home from Emma & Lee’s Wedding Day, we couldn’t help think that this was the unofficial start of Summer! We couldn’t have asked for better weather for mid-April, especially given that we were able to make use of the gorgeous York Museum Gardens - an absolutely stunning location for filming a wedding!
Emma & Lee’s wedding took place at The Hospitium, an impressive listed building within York which is overlooked by the ruins of St Mary’s Abbey. Everything about this location was fantastic - the wedding ceremony room looked incredible in the bright April sunshine!
April 19th was a date made even more special for Emma & Lee, chosen as it was five years to the day since they met, and this was just one of the details that made their wedding day stand out as being a truly special occasion. There were so many unique and personal elements; the traditional bagpipes, the beautiful vows, the wonderful wedding cake(s) and a rather ‘cheeky’ photo session… all of which made for a fantastic wedding film!
Both Emma & Lee’s family and friends had travelled and turned out in style to celebrate their marriage, and by spending time with them during the Wedding Day and listening to the beautiful speeches, it was clear how loved and cared for they are, and it was an honour to capture their day and create the wedding film that can be seen below…
Congratulations again Mr & Mrs Nelson, it was an absolute pleasure.
